Brands, Logos, Slogans.

A brand is a product designed by a company for example Ebay. Brands are used for marketing also advertising. Logos are a symbol to promote public identification or a recognition it may include the text of the name which represents in a word mark. A slogan is a memorable motto or phrase which is used in a clan, political or commercial or religious and other context as a repetitive expression of an idea or purpose, with the goal of a persuading member of the public or a more defined target of the group. I think Nike is the most successful because it is a very popular brand. I picked each one because I like the colour and brands.

Website Analysis Task

This website is very similar to my product. I like the colours and products. The layout is clear and very colourful. I really want my website to be very clear and fascinating. I think the target audience for this website is 17 or over. I would love to engage people to my website. The vibrant colours makes this website feel more relaxing.

This advert analysis targets people who are middle aged drinkers that have a sense of  ludicrous. It convinces people to try the beer. This advert should not be taken so seriously.

5 Functions of Packaging

1. Protection - That is to protect a product from damage or contamination by Micro - organisms and the air, moisture and toxins.
2. Containment - This keeps the products together, to contain them for example so it doesn't spill or split or fall apart.
3. Identification - This helps identify a product and advertise them.
4. Transportation - It protects during the transport and the Ease of transport.
5. Stacking - In some supermarkets and shops it should be possible to stack packages so that the space is not completely wasted on shelves.
